let me be the first to say “Congratulations!” You’re the newest student of
Jakarta Arts Boarding High School and this is your first official day of
training!
You have been accepted as the new student in the only school which makes you famous in Jakarta. The class started on 7 AM and ended on 12:15 PM. The story of the Jakarta Arts is the story of one man who wanted to make his students famous.

The Beginning
You may think that Adam Henderson is the famous actor and
singer-songwriter on 2000. And you’re so right!
“I want to be famous!” sang Adam Henderson.

After
the declining his music sales and acting career, he was so depressed, the world
thought that Adam Henderson was no more. But his life was changed when he
bought a whole new expensive building, he converted the building into a high
school. Jakarta Arts was born. The original purpose from this school is making
all students being famous.
Jakarta Arts Today
To keep up with today’s demanding new students, the audition
was held all over Indonesia for the new aspiring and talented teenagers.
“The audition is always held on Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan, Makassar, and even Singapore and Kuala Lumpur! Also the new international transferred students must have an audition first to attend Jakarta Arts.” said Adam.
All these modernization is a bit confusing, isn’t it? Well, Adam also picked a new students who would he offered to attend Jakarta Arts without audition recently. The fame is the heart of the school. Let’s see one of our students, Kristopher Neil, he is an aspiring singer, and he is now worldwide-famous singer. He is also has a good behavior. Good job, Kristopher! However, some students have not been famous until they graduated, and also some of them have really bad behavior. Let see Lewbert Lambert for example, he is an rock singer, but his behavior is really bad.
“What the *censored* did you say to me!?” shouted Lewbert.
See, he is really bad.

School Days
“Sir, does mean I can be famous now?” asked Justin.
No, Justin, you can’t be famous as a teen without attending classes.
“Well, sir, how many class I should attend?” asked Justin.
Well, there six classes you should attend, those are Acting, Singing, Dancing, Painting, Sculpturing, and Photography.
“Those are great!” said Justin.
And you should remember this, Justin, you can attend an additional classes if you want, for example: Ballet, Band, Art History, Drama, and Film Studies. However, you can attend Drama class when you’re eleventh or twelfth grader.
“I understand sir.” said Justin.

“Well, sir, how many class I should attend?” asked Justin.
Well, there six classes you should attend, those are Acting, Singing, Dancing, Painting, Sculpturing, and Photography.

And you should remember this, Justin, you can attend an additional classes if you want, for example: Ballet, Band, Art History, Drama, and Film Studies. However, you can attend Drama class when you’re eleventh or twelfth grader.
“I understand sir.” said Justin.
And don’t forget, this is the boarding school, which means
you must stay in school. When the new school year started, the freshman
students won’t decide their roommate, however, the teachers and staffs decided
it. You can see the announcement in the wall magazine. And if you don’t like
your roommate, you can kick out your roommate or move out from your room. And
if you’re already famous, you will be given a first-class room, you may invite
your friends to be your roommates. For example, Kris offered Khairie to be his
roommate on his first-class room.
“Hi, Khairie!” greeted Kris.
“Hi, Kris!” greeted Khairie.
“Khairie, you’re my best friend, so would you be my roommate on my first-class room?” asked Kris.
“Yes, I’d love to!” answered Khairie.
The students must stay in school for ten months; they can leave the school when it’s time for holiday or vacation. The school holiday length is not usual as the other schools, in each holiday; you’re given one month break from school. When it’s time for winter holiday, you can take a break from the middle December to the early January. While the summer vacation from the middle of June to the early July, when the students start their new year.
“Yeah! Our break is longer than the other schools!” shouted Alyson.
However, not every student get this break, some students who got a D+ to below must stay at school to attend the summer school or winter school.
“Oooh…” said Alyson.
“Hi, Khairie!” greeted Kris.
“Hi, Kris!” greeted Khairie.
“Khairie, you’re my best friend, so would you be my roommate on my first-class room?” asked Kris.
“Yes, I’d love to!” answered Khairie.

And next is, being famous, you can train your talents on the
class after classes over, you can train your acting skills on the acting class,
you can train your singing skills in the singing class, even you can record
your own demo CD in the recording studio. You can also train your best dance
moves. And remember, this school is also equipped with Wi-Fi
internet, which means you can go online, checking your Facebook, MySpace, or
Twitter. And most importantly, you can visit Jakarta Arts website. The website
consist the latest performance of the students, students’ blog or show,
internet radio, and internet TV. Most recently, the most popular features, or I
should call it show is On Air with Kris
and Justin which airs on our internet radio, and also syndicated by IBS
Radio, which is currently most popular show right now. You can also famous from
your own show whose air on our internet radio and internet TV as well.
Now let’s go the class activities, the
first is, students must gather around on their base class, they will talk about
yesterday’s activities or perform their talents. Let’s see Mr. Robby’s class
activities.
“Good morning, students.” greeted Robby.
“Good morning, sir.” greeted all students.
“Okay, class, have you trained something that you’ve learn yesterday?” asked Robby.
“Yes, sir.” answered all students.
I think that’s it, now I’m gonna explain the timeslots for the classes. Students must gather on their base class on 7 AM. Then they started their first lesson at 7:15 AM, the second class started on 8:45 AM, while the third started on 09:15 AM, and the last started on 10:45 AM. At 12:15 PM, they must go back to their base class and evaluate what they learned that day.
And let’s see the acting class’ activities.
“Ah! Who’s there!?” shouted Ethan.
The students are the key of the school, they can be famous because of this school.
“Good morning, students.” greeted Bill.
“Good morning, sir.” greeted all students.
First, the teachers are often use games on first.
“Okay, we’re gonna do ‘Improv’, acting without skills. But we’re gonna make it into a game, at the beginning, you must say the sentence which started by random letter, for example, if ‘I’ was chosen by someone: ‘I’m so happy, man!’. Who’s going to be the lead role?” explained Bill.
“I want to!” said Miranda.
“Yeah, my daughter, choose four friends to join with you!” said Bill.
“Okay, I choose Alyson, Ethan, Khairie, and… Amanda.” said Miranda.
Miranda chose Alyson, Ethan, Khairie, and Amanda, now it’s time to decide which letter will be played on the first sentence.
“Justin, you’ll decide the letter!” said Bill.
“Okay, ‘P’!” said Justin.
“Okay, started from P! Action!” shouted Bill.
“Please take a shower.” said Miranda to Amanda.
“Queen Bee, you made me mad!” said Amanda.
“Relax, and she’s not the queen bee.” said Khairie.
“She’s not the queen bee, Khairie’s right!” said Ethan.
“Yeah, I agree!” said Alyson.
“CUT! Alyson, you should say the word which begins with T first!” said Bill.
“Oh no! I lose!” said Alyson.
“Okay, T!” shouted Bill.
“T-Rex! The most dangerous dinosaur is here!” shouted Ethan.
“UFO, silly! That’s not T-Rex! That’s just T-Rex-shaped UFO!” shouted Miranda.
“Vanquish them, silly! We must vanquish that UFO.” said Amanda.
“What the heck? That’s not UFO, silly, that’s just only X-shaped monster.” said Khairie.
“X-Games?” said Ethan.
“Yawn, that’s not X-Games, silly!” said Amanda.
“Zap!” shouted Khairie acted shot the monster.
“Are you sure it hit him?” asked Miranda.
“BTW, Khairie shot the monster, his shot hit him!” answered Amanda.
“Can he hurt us?” asked Ethan.
Miranda surprised and said “Don’t hurt me, monster!”
“Electronic, maybe that’s the weakness!” said Khairie.
“Yeah, good idea!” shouted Ethan.
“CUT! Ethan, you’re out!” said Bill.
Now we should leave them first.
“Good morning, students.” greeted Robby.
“Good morning, sir.” greeted all students.

And we’re going to talk about disaster on school, the school
building is really strong, but the students must get out from the school
because of the disaster, for example: fire and earthquake. The students often
run when the earthquake is happening to the emergency exit, there lots of
emergency exits.
Now back to the class, it’s time to the lesson after the
games, then when the class is over, the teachers always talk what did they
learn on the class.
