Dimas Pettigrew's Best of 2012: #100-#96 & Best Talent Show Judge
From the DPS Studio in Indonesia capital city Jakarta, fictionally live
in front of a studio audience, it’s DIMAS PETTIGREW’S BEST OF 2012! And now,
our hosts, Alyson and Nick!
*Alyson and Nick arrive at the studio and greet live studio
audience*
Alyson: “Hello, world!”
Nick: “We’re finally here! We’re now finally counting down
the top 100 of 2012! And there’s a lot of live studio audience as well to cheer
us on.”
*audience cheers*
Alyson: “Now we’re here because we have 100 great songs of
2012 and people around the world got really excited not only about the top 100
songs, but also the awards! The first award, which we revealed in last episode,
Best Talent Show Judge, the winner of that category will be revealed in the end
of the show!”
Nick: “And for your information, last year’s hits and
current hits may be included in the top 100, and you will decide the winner of
each people’s choice category.”
Alyson: “I think the studio reminds us about TRL.”
Nick: “So do I, c’mon, we’re now live from Jakarta, the show
broadcasts all around the world, and people who watch this show are really
excited! Let’s start counting down the top 100, starting with number 100!”
Alyson: “Number 100, it’s Usher – Climax!”

Nick: “Okay, we’re starting our countdown with Usher’s one
of the 2012 hits, Climax, which
reaches the number 100. And while we’re counting down in the first live
episode. We can see through the window behind me that Jakarta has many
skyscrapers. Okay, in my right side, we have LCD screen which the audience will
see the music video. *walks to live studio audience* We have many live studio
audience, and… there’s Amanda! Hi, Amanda.”
Amanda: “Hi, Nick.”
Nick: “What do you think about the studio?”
Amanda: “It reminds me about TRL, I miss that show so much.”
Nick: “Thank you very much, Amanda, and remember, you’ll
reveal the first award category winner, I’ll see you soon. *walks back to the
stage* She’s right anyway, guys, did you like TRL?”
Audience: “We did!”
Nick: “Now let’s back to our business, shall we? Number 99,
OneRepublic – Feel Again!”

Alyson: “Well, it went well?”
Nick: “So far? Yes, it goes well, not went well. So, let’s
chat with our digital host who will be introducing the live performances from
some of the award winners and other performers. *looked at the screen* Guys, I
introduce you our social media correspondent, Luke!”
Luke: “*greets from Live lounge stage* Hi, guys, hi, Nick,
hi, Alyson!”
Alyson: “Can you explain the place where you are?”
Luke: “I’m in the Live Lounge stage, where some live studio
audience can watch the live performances, and there are some viewers arriving
at the stage, sitting on the chairs to watch the live performances live, but
before that, they’re watching you, *starres behind* Oh, there’s me on the
screen.”
Nick: “Luke, you’re the social media correspondent, right?
Can you tell how the viewers interact with the show?”
Luke: “Okay, guys, post your comments on Dimas Pettigrew’s

Nick: “Yeah, before you end your segment, please reveal
number 98.”
Luke: “Okay number 98 belongs to… Christina Perri – A
Thousand Years!”

Alyson: “Alright, we’ve seen Luke as the social media
correspondent in the live lounge studio! I can’t wait to see the live
performances! So who’s gonna perform in this episode?”
Nick: “It’s one of the People’s Choice Best Asia-Pacific Act
nominees, it’s Perfume, they’re representing Japan, they will perform after we
play number 97 video.”
Alyson: “And tomorrow we will have IU on the live lounge,
performing her hits, You & I! Phillip
Phillips will perform as well! And there’s more live performances in the
upcoming episodes, so you don’t want to miss it!”
Nick: “In the next episode, we will have a topic related to
best of 2012, it could be movie, TV shows, games, or something else.”
Alyson: “I don’t play games, Nick.”
