Her Life as Amanda Episode 1

About 17 years later after Ikeh and Juleha got married, there was their beautiful daughter who was having her most beautiful day ever, her name is Amanda, she lived with her parents happily, despite the fact she hated to see their parents dance to Bollywood songs, and that was why she hated dancing, in fact, she could dance, but because her parents embarrassed her in the middle school graduation ceremony by dancing Bollywood, she hated dancing. She was writing her beautiful moments in her room, she wrote her best moments including she got a boyfriend, she watched The Raid: Redemption and The Hunger Games with her friends on the same day. Though her life wasn’t perfect, she deemed that she was having a best life ever, she knew the fact that life was really short and she could die someday. She went out from her room only to see her parents were dancing to Indian songs, she told her parents to stop dancing and ask them to eat dinner.

The next day, Amanda arrived at school and came to her classroom, where she kissed her boyfriend. She sat down on the chair, later her friends, Faiz, Ririn, and Lizzy came to see her. Faiz was a great dancer, while Lizzy was a nerd who actually not smart, Ririn proclaimed herself as number one K-Pop fan.

“Hi, Amanda!” greeted Ririn and Lizzy.

“Hi, guys! Thank God you’re here!” greeted Amanda.

“Of course we’re here, we must go to school, right?” replied Faiz.

Ririn asked to Amanda “Amanda, tonight is your super sweet 16, right?”

Amanda answered “My dad doesn’t allow me to have a party, he says that having a party is useless and…, and… such a rubbish.”

“Amanda, c’mon, you’re a rich girl! Why your dad doesn’t allow you to do that!?” asked Faiz.

“Forget about party, the bell is ringing.” said Amanda, she started to focus on studying.
Faiz later told Ririn and Lizzy “Hey, have you thought about giving Amanda a birthday present?”

“What’s that supposed to mean!?” shouted Lizzy overdramatically.

Ririn replied “No, no idea at all what she likes.”

“She hates dancing!” Lizzy answered.

“But maybe she likes music, I’ll buy Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection CD as my birthday present to Amanda.” Faiz told.

But Ririn said “Maybe she dislikes that, and that’s not good idea.”

Lizzy saw Amanda’s boyfriend was doing something suspicious as he busy texting to someone not Amanda.

After school, Amanda arrived at home and she opened the door, only to see her parents dancing to Indian songs, much to her dismay.

“Dad, mom, please stop! You know that I hate dancing!” shouted Amanda.

“Oh, it’s your sweet sixteen honey!” said Juleha “The cake!”

Ikeh then brought the birthday cake to Amanda, he sang the birthday song with Juleha until Amanda blew the candles when they cheered.

Amanda thanked her parents to bought her a birthday cake after Juleha put the cake into the table, she cut the cake later.

Meanwhile, Faiz, Ririn, and Lizzy arrived at Disc Tarra to buy Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection CD as a birthday present to Amanda. While Faiz was searching for it, Ririn and Lizzy saw Amanda’s boyfriend with another girl.

“Who’s that girl with Amanda’s boyfriend?” asked Lizzy.

“I don’t know who’s that girl, but not Amanda.” Ririn replied “Oh!! That bitch is Amy Farah!”

“WHAT!?” shouted Lizzy overdramatically.

Then they saw Amanda’s boyfriend and that girl started kissing each other, much to their dismay, they knew that they needed to tell Amanda immediately about her boyfriend’s affair, but they also knew that they could ruin Amanda’s sweet sixteen. While Faiz bought Katy Perry’s latest CD as Amanda’s present.

“What did you see?” asked Faiz “We need to wrap this CD.”

“That bitch screwed us!!” shouted Lizzy.

Back to Amanda’s house, Amanda was still celebrating her sweet sixteen with her parents, she couldn’t wait for a present from her friends. But suddenly, they heard a strange noise.

“What the hell is that noise?” asked Juleha.

“I don’t know, maybe you should check outside.” answered Ikeh.

Juleha went outside and felt that the noise came from the sky, she used the telescope, and she saw a UFO! She was surprised and she thought that she was dreaming, she used the telescope again, and the UFO finally came behind her, and the UFO started to sending her to the UFO, Juleha was panic and she held the telescope but it was no use, and she was finally gone with the UFO!

“AAAAAAAARRRGH!!!” shouted Juleha.

“Mother!” shouted Amanda came outside and saw the UFO, then Ikeh came and saw the UFO as well, Amanda ended up devastated.

“Juleha!!!” shouted Ikeh.

Amanda started crying after Juleha was abducted by aliens, Ikeh came only to hug her. Later, Faiz, Ririn, and Lizzy arrived and asked why Amanda was crying. Amanda told that Juleha had been abducted by aliens, but they didn’t believe.

“Damn! This is worse than when her boyfriend is cheating on her!” shouted Lizzy accidently.

Amanda asked “What!? What!? What!!”

“Um, it was nothing.” Lizzy replied.

Amanda yelled “You said that my boyfriend cheats on me!” She walked away to her house and she was upset. She wrote her diary that it was her worst birthday ever after her mom was abducted by aliens and her boyfriend had cheated on her. She threw away her boyfriend’s pictures.

“I’ll never find anyone who understand my tortured teenage soul!” shouted Amanda.
