JAKARTA ARTS’ FRIENDS’ FOR GREEN CHARITY CONCERT

The marching band came to the Jakarta Arts Square stage as they started playing the instruments greeted by most of the audience. It was 8 PM, the stage was green-themed, so no lights but candles were turned on, there were bushes in bottom of the stage.

At the backstage, Will, also acted as the stage director “Yeah, here we go, guys! We’re on!”

The performers were… Ally, “I’m ready.”

Oliver, “Hell yeah.”

Jordan, “C’mon, guys, bring it on!”

Katie, “I got it.”

Amber, “Show me the diva skills!”

Fearne, “I got this! KYAAAA!!!”

Delta, “I’m honored to perform live!”

Chris & Remy, “You’re ready, Chris?”

 “I’m ready!”

Riley “You bet!”

And the special guest star… Shawn Roday and Lawless band!!

The audience greeted the marching band as they left the stage, then the voiceover shouted “Ladies and gentlemen, covering Fall Out Boy’s My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark, please welcome, Lawless!!”

The audience cheered when Todd Lawson and his bandmates came to the stage, then the band started playing the music, much to the audience’s cheers.

Todd sang “Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa. Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa. B-B-B-Be careful making wishes in the dark, dark, can't be sure when they've hit their mark, and besides in the mean, mean time, I'm just dreaming of tearing you apart. I'm in the de-details with the devil, so now the world can never get me on my level, I just gotta get you off the cage, I'm a young lover's rage, gonna need a spark to ignite. My songs know what you did in the dark… So light 'em up, up, up, light 'em up, up, up, light 'em up, up, up, I'm on fire!! Ally Sanders held her microphone and sang “All the writers keep writing what they write, somewhere another pretty vein just dies, I've got the scars from tomorrow and I wish you could see, that you’re the antidote to everything except for me, me. A constellation of tears on your lashes, burn everything you love, then burn the ashes, in the end everything collides, my childhood spat back out the monster that you see.”

Todd sang again “My songs know what you did in the dark…” Then Ally joined him “So light 'em up, up, up, light 'em up, up, up, light 'em up, up, up, I'm on fire!! So light 'em up, up, up, light 'em up, up, up, light 'em up, up, up, I'm on fire!! Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa. In the dark, dark! Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa. In the dark, dark!”

Ally greeted the audience “Good evening, Jakarta Arts, my name is Ally Sanders, and these are my friends, Todd, Ben, Joe, and Gabriel, they’re Lawless band, and welcome to our first annual Jakarta Arts’ Friends for Green Charity Concert.”

Todd sang “My songs know what you did in the dark…”

“My songs know what you did in the dark…” Ally sang.

The audience cheered and gave them standing ovation, most of the girls shouted “Todd!!”

“Yes!!” shouted Will at the backstage.

“Ally! Ally!! Ally!!” shouted most of the audience, including the teachers.

The voiceover said “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, our sexy teacher, Riley Hewitt!” Then audience applaused Riley when she came to the stage wearing green feather dress. Then the dance music started playing as Riley Hewitt holding the microphone.

Then she started singing “Green is the new black, green is the new black, it’s the new trend, oh yeah, it’s colorful, oh yeah. Green is the new black, green is the new black, it’s the new trend, oh yeah, it’s colorful…” Then she rapped as the audience started dancing, then the green-themed backup dancers came “Green is not only being on fashion, green is not only being on color, color, clothes, trend, fashion, style, all those clique things, remember that not only us who really want being green, and our primary mistake, we didn’t respect the nature, we only care being in fashion, not our nature, we say let’s go green, but just in the looks, so we should save our nature, baby. “ She sang again “Green is the new black, green is the new black, it’s the new trend, oh yeah, it’s colorful, oh yeah. Green is the new black, green is the new black, it’s the new trend, oh yeah, it’s colorful…”

Then most of the teachers shouted “Riley! Riley!!”

Tim shouted “Yeah!!”

Dawn yelled as most of the audience gave applause “Riley!!”

Riley rapped “Now, everyone, don’t forget that earth is dying, while we’re only caring about fashion, we need to give the earth makeover, so earth can be stylist as we want. Remember our earth is suffering from all these pains, from all those disasters thanks to us, so we need to say sorry to the earth, by making it green once more.” She sang again as the audience gave applause “Green is the new black, green is the new black, it’s the new trend, oh yeah, it’s colorful, oh yeah.” She then said “Green is all about the nature, you don’t have to be stylist to be green, haha, it’s all about fixing earth back as usual.” She sang the last verse “Green is the new black, green is the new black, it’s the new trend, oh yeah, it’s colorful, oh yeah. Green is the new black.”

Then audience gave her applause and standing ovation, the teachers, Geri, Dawn, Kyle, and Tim seemed to be proud of Riley’s performance representing the teachers.

“Thank you, thank you.” Riley gave an air kiss to the audience.

“Stand by, Delta!” shouted the music director.

“I’m so nervous!!” shouted Delta. She was wearing green Chinese with brown branch motives dress.

“Now go!” the music director told Delta to go to the stage.

The voiceover said “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome our beloved music teacher, Delta!!”

Then the audience gave Delta applause for coming to the stage holding microphone, she started singing as the music started “We Can, We Can, We Can. We Can, We Can, We Can. We Can, We Can, We Can. We Can, We Can, We Can.” The audience started dancing and clapping their hands together “We got the world in our hands, now were gonna start a new day, I saw my feet hit the sidewalk, now I’m gonna make my own way, Yeah, we are not on our own on our own, we’ll share this moment.” She shouted “Everybody sing it with me!” Then Delta along with some audience sang the chorus louder “‘Cause we can, we can, we can, we can change the world, with every footstep we’re taking the journey, we’re gonna do the little thing, the big thing, everything we can. ‘Cause we can, we can change the world! Yeah! Yeah, Yeah!” Then one by one, some Jakarta Arts students walked through the stage holding the sign about enviroment support such as “Small things start big changes!”, then Delta sang again as some students walk like they were in runway holding the sign “What’s your name? Wont’cha stand out? Turn it up, it’s time to play, you wanna give it all you got, if you want it, then you got it made, we grab the microphone, microphone, we’re gonna own it!” Delta shouted again “Sing it with me!” Then most of the audience sang with her “‘Cause we can, we can, we can, we can change the world, with every footstep we’re taking the journey, we’re gonna do the little thing, the big thing, everything we can. ‘Cause we can, we can change the world!” She sang again as the students who held the signs stood up behind her “We got the world in our own hands, we got it, we got it, we got it, we change the world. We got the world in our own hands, we got it, we got it, we got it.” She shouted “One more time!” Then everyone sang the chorus simultaneously and danced and jumped as they want "‘Cause we can, we can, we can, we can change the world, with every footstep we’re taking the journey, we’re gonna do the little thing, the big thing, everything we can. ‘Cause we can, we can change the world! We, we got it, oh, oh, we got the world at our fingertips. I said we, we got it, oh, oh, we got the world at our fingertips. Then the audience gave her applause and standing ovation, Delta just smiled to the audience and greeted politely.

“Don’t forget all these signs, we can change the world from small things!!” shouted Delta, in which the audience responded with cheers.

“We’re ready, guys?!” shouted Ally to Chris, Remy, and Edwin at backstage.

“Yeah!!” shouted three of them.

“MAKE A WAVE!!” shouted four of them before going to the stage.

“Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome back Ally Sanders with Chris Mason, Remy Chang, and Edwin Arkenbout!!” the voiceover said, then the audience applaused them.

Four of them stood up on the stage, with Chris being in the left corner and Remy in the right corner, Ally in the middle, while Edwin sat down in front of the piano and started playing it beautifully.

Edwin sang first “They say the beat of a butterflies wings, can set off a storm the world away.”

Ally sang “What if they're right and the smallest of things, can power the strongest hurricane?”

Chris sang “What if it all begins inside?”

Remy sang “We hold the key that turns the tide…”

Four of them sang the chorus as the audience waved their hands “Just a pebble in the water.

Ally sang “Can set the sea in motion.”

Chris sang “A simple act of kindness.”

Edwin sang “Can stir the widest ocean.”

Four of them sang together “If we show a little love, heaven knows what we could change, so throw a pebble in the water.”

Ally sang “And make a wave, make a wave,”

Remy sang “Make a wave, make a wave.”

“The single joys that you take and send.”

Chris sang again “And reach out your hand to someone in need.”

“Don't fool yourself and say you can't.”

“You never know what can grow from just one seed…”

Edwin sang “So come with me and seize the day… This world may never be the same.”

Four of them sang “Just a pebble in the water,”

“Make a wave, make a wave!” shouted Edwin

“Heaven knows what we could change!” sang Ally “So let's show a little love, you never know we could change.”

Chris, Remy, and Edwin sang “So throw a pebble in the water…” Ally joined the last line “Make a wave, make a wave…”

Ally sang “Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh...”

Then the audience gave the standing ovation to them as they were touched in tears, they felt that their performance was really emotional about environment, while at the backstage, the other performers were also touched by the performance.

Will spoke to the camera “That was really emotional.”

“Make a wave, everyone!” shouted Ally on stage.

“You’re ready for this, Shawn!” shouted Todd on the way to the stage with Shawn holding his guitar.

“I got this!” shouted Shawn as they finally came to the stage greeted by the cheering audience.

Then they stood up on the stage, Todd started playing his guitar with the song Radioactive by Kings of Leon, the audience started clapping their hands into the rhythm.

Shawn sang “When the roll is called up yonder, I hope you see me there. It's in the water, it's where you came from! It's in the water, it's where you came from! Oooooh…” the audience applaused him for his wonderful voice.

Todd sang the next verse “When the crowd begins to wonder, and they cry to see your face.” He shouted “Sing it with us!” He, Shawn, and most of the audience sang “It's in the water, it's in the story, of where you came from, your sons and daughters, in all their glory, it's gonna shape her
And when they clash and come together, and start rising, just drink the water where you came from, where you came from.” He played the guitar with cool rhythm, much to audience’s cheers.

Shawn sang “So the roll it was called from yonder, never sold yourself away.” He shouted “Sing it with us!!” Todd and the audience joined singing “It's in the water, it's in the story, of where you came from, your sons and daughters, in all their glory, it's gonna shape her

Todd finished the song with his stunning guitar performance, then audience gave them standing ovation and cheers, he said “Thank you!”

“Thank you, Jakarta Arts!!” shouted Shawn.

“Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Katie, Fearne, and Amber!!” shouted the voiceover.

Amber, Fearne, and Katie came to the stage starting their song “I know there’s many troubles happening in the earth, it’s all about concerning our world, our world is dying, our world is full of rubbish, I know there’s many troubles happening. I know there’s many troubles happening in the earth, it’s all about concerning our world, our world is dying, our world is full of rubbish, I know there’s many troubles happening.”

Katie sang “Our earth is in trouble, there’s many something that kills earth, smoke and rubbish are in everywhere, we have to stop it, we have to stop the earth’s trouble.

Then Amber and Fearne sang “I know there’s many troubles happening in the earth, it’s all about concerning our world, our world is dying, our world is full of rubbish, I know there’s many troubles happening. I know there’s many troubles happening in the earth, it’s all about concerning our world, our world is dying, our world is full of rubbish, I know there’s many troubles happening.”

Katie joined them ““I know there’s many troubles happening in the earth, it’s all about concerning our world, our world is dying, our world is full of rubbish, I know there’s many troubles happening. Earth’s trouble!” The audience gave them standing ovation and cheers.

“Thank you so much!” shouted Fearne.

“Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome our student council president and veep, Will and Oliver! And also please welcome Jordan!” the voiceover shouted as Will, Oliver, and Jordan came to the stage, the music immediately started.

Will sang “I'm gonna make a change, for once in my life. It's gonna feel real good, gonna make a diference. Gonna make it right...”

Oliver sang “As I, turn up the collar on my favorite winter coat, this wind is blowing my mind, I see the kids in the streets, with not enough to eat. Who am I to be blind? Pretending not to see their needs.”

Jordan sang “A summer disregard, a broken bottle top, and a one man soul, they follow each other on the wind ya' know, 'cause they got nowhere to go, that's why I want you to know.”

Three of them sang powerfully as the audience stood up and clapped their hands “I'm starting with the man in the mirror, I'm asking him to change his ways, and no message could have been any clearer, if you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at yourself, and then make a change. Na na na, na na na, na na, na na…”

Oliver sang again “I've been a victim of a selfish kind of love, it's time that I realize, that there are some with no home, not a nickel to loan, could it be really me, pretending that they're not alone.”

Will sang “A willow deeply scarred, somebody's broken heart, and a washed-out dream… They follow the pattern of the wind ya' see, 'cause they got no place to be, that's why I'm starting with me.”

Three of them sang powerfully as the audience stood up and clapped their hands “I'm starting with the man in the mirror, I'm asking him to change his ways, and no message could have been any clearer, if you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at yourself, and then make a change. Then the audience gave them applause and standing ovation, later Oliver said “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome back the performers!” Then the audience cheered when Ally, Edwin, Chris, Remy, Delta, Riley, Todd, Shawn, Amber, Katie, and Fearne came to the stage, with Todd bringing his acoustic guitar, while Edwin sitting in front of the piano. Then somebody threw the guitar to Oliver. Oliver got the guitar and started playing it with Todd, they started singing Send it On.

Ally started singing "A word is just a word ‘till you mean what you say.”

Oliver sang “And love isn't love ‘till you give it away.”

“We've all gotta give,”

“Yeah something to give.”

“To make a change.”

Then Ally and Oliver sang the chorus together “Send it on, on and on, just one hand can heal another, be apart, reach your heart, just one spark starts the fire, with one little action, the chain reaction will never stop, make it strong shine a light and send it on…”

Katie sang “Just smile and the world will smile along with you.”

Jordan sang “That small act of love, that's meant for one will become two.”

Fearne sang “If we take the chances to change circumstances.”

Will sang “Imagine all we can do if we..”

Then everyone on stage sang “Send it on, on and on, just one hand can heal another, be apart, reach your heart, just one spark starts the fire, with one little action, the chain reaction will never stop, make it strong shine a light and send it on… Send it on...”

Amber sang powerfully “Send it on…”

Chris sang “There's power in all of the choices we make,”

Remy sang “So I'm starting now there's not a moment to waste.”

Delta sang “A words just a word,”

Riley sang “Till you mean what you say.”

Shawn sang “And love isn't love,”

Todd sang “Till you give it away…”

Then everyone on stage sang “Send it on, on and on, just one hand can heal another, be apart, reach your heart, just one spark starts the fire, with one little action, the chain reaction will never stop, make it strong shine a light and send it on, on and on, just one hand can heal another, be apart, reach your heart, just one spark starts the fire, with one little action, the chain reaction will never stop, make it strong shine a light and send it on…”

Then the audience gave them standing ovation and cheered them happily, most of the performers were smiling to them.

“Thank you very much, guys!!” shouted Ally.

“That’s the end of our charity concert, guys! Thanks for watching!!” shouted Will “Good night, everyone!!”

Then Lady Gaga’s Applause was played as most of the audience cheering on them leaving the stage.

“That’s a wrap, everyone!!” shouted Will.
