Inspired by Survivor and Big Brother, comes the new reality competition story set in the uninhabited island, twelve contestants compete in a series of challenge of physical and mental, they are divided into two teams of ten, both teams compete against each other to win the challenge in order to be safe from elimination and to win the special prize. The losing team is called into the elimination ceremony at night, where they must vote to send home one of their team members, the contestant with the most votes is eliminated from the competition.
In the end, the final two remaining contestants must compete against each other in the final challenge in order to win one billion Rupiah and be crowned "Top Reality" champion.
